Emids, a global leader in technology-led transformation and digital engineering solutions for the healthcare and life sciences industry, embarked on an ambitious initiative to redefine its brand identity. It included the transformation of its brand architecture, including a new mission and values, culminating in a comprehensive foundational reset. As the leader of this initiative, the marketing team delivered a renewed brand vision that resonates with Emids' evolving business landscape.

I steered the project from concept to execution, ensuring that every phase resonated with Emids' core values and business objectives. This initiative not only transformed Emids' external image but also reinforced its internal culture and ethos.

  • Rigorous Assessment: Conducted in-depth internal interviews, customer surveys, and competitive brand audits.

  • Rebranding Strategy: Developed a new brand promise, mission, and values to reflect Emids' commitment to technology and improving everyday life for payers, providers, and consumers.

  • Visual Identity Redesign: Overhauled Emids' logo, typography, color scheme, and overall visual presentation to align with the new brand positioning.

  • Brand Launch Execution: Implemented a phased approach including 'Ready', 'Set', 'Go' stages, ensuring a cohesive transition to the new brand.

 

Innovative Launch Activities:

  • Virtual Launch Event: Orchestrated an organization-wide virtual event to unveil the new brand, fostering a sense of unity and excitement.

  • Employee Engagement: Distributed brand swag kits to employees, sparking a viral LinkedIn campaign celebrating Emids’ new identity.
